Where did the name insight Dyslexia come from?
A diagnosti
c assessment enables people
to gain a deeper understanding of their strengths as well as areas of weakness. Thus, they gain personal insight into themselves. Although a diagnosis in itself doesn’t change a person,
it can often be a huge relief to them and their families as they begin to understand the difficulties they have faced. It is often a starting point to ensure help is available
towards succeess
. Each person with Dyslexia is unique with their own strengths and difficulties. Therefore, insight into your own personal Dyslexia is essential to flourish in learning and in life.
