A clear, trusted first step.
A dyslexia screening assessment is a quick, structured evaluation designed to indicate whether a child or adult may be at risk of dyslexia. It is not a formal diagnosis, but it provides valuable insight into learning strengths, areas of difficulty, and whether further assessment or support may be helpful.
At the centre of the assessment is the Tests of Dyslexia (TOD™) — a standardised and SASC-approved assessment system, giving parents and schools confidence that results are recognised, reliable, and aligned with UK assessment standards.

A thorough, trusted pathway to diagnosis.
A full diagnostic dyslexia assessment is a comprehensive, in-depth evaluation designed to determine whether an individual meets the criteria for dyslexia.
This assessment will:
Provide a formal diagnosis – where appropriate
Build a detailed learning profile
Generate a comprehensive written report with recommendations
It offers clarity, understanding, and a clear plan for support across both school, home, and beyond.

Following initial screening assessments, a detailed learner profile is developed to identify strengths, needs, and targeted goals. A bespoke intervention programme is then created, using structured, multisensory teaching that integrates visual, auditory, and kinaesthetic methods to support reading, spelling, and writing. Sessions are delivered 1:1, progressing in a cumulative and systematic way, with regular review and adaptation to ensure steady progress, confidence, and long-term success in literacy and application skills.
“We would like to express our thanks. Your experience, insight and the time you have taken to complete the screening with our son, as well as the ongoing support you are now providing with his learning, have been invaluable. It is clear how much you care about the children you work with and we are incredibly grateful for your effort and guidance.”
